About Our Play Groups...
ONE FULLY FENCED ACRE OF FUN AWAITS!!
Dogs are social creatures by nature and generally, many can and do enjoy group play and interactions as both a mental and physical way of burning off energy. However, dog parks can be dangerous and unhealthy. Fights break out due to unpredictable temperaments of strange dogs sharing the same space with owners who do not have the experience to read dog body language or know when to step in to avoid conflict. Parasites, disease and injuries from occur regularly at dog parks and quickly result in expensive vet bills for owners who just wanted to let their dog have a little off leash fun!
Being able to run free, stretch their legs, dig, sniff and play with other dogs doesn't have to come at the expense of your dog's health and wellbeing or your wallet. Our supervised play groups are limited to pre-screened, dog friendly dogs who are up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. Your pup can enjoy themselves while you work, run errands or have work done at home! These play groups are currently only being offered to existing clients and "pop up spots" (spots not filled by current clients) will be announced on our Facebook page as they become available and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
FAQ's
*Play groups will be limited to 8-10 dogs MAX/per session and available play days will be listed approximately 2 weeks in advance.
*Groups will happen rain or shine unless there are severe weather conditions. Cancelations will be announced on our Facebook page and text messages will be sent to those who are pre-registered for that day.
* Pick up and drop off services are NOT available for play group dogs.
* $35/dog or $55 for two dogs from the same household for play group is paid in cash at drop off in the morning. Drop off for play group is between 7-8:30am and pick up is to between 4-5:30pm.
*Dogs will be crate rested after 4pm. PLEASE BE AWARE: This means that dogs left until 5:30pm are not getting an extra hour and a half of play time. This is to allow time for a final clean up and safe exiting of departing dogs. A late fee of $10/dog will be applied every 15 minutes after 5:30pm.
